"Project 54' Shorty" has started and the goal is to be on the road for the last two stops (Memphis & Little Rock) of the 2007 Hot Rod Power Tour in June. Photos will be posted as work proceeds with what will be a very interesting build up of a 1954 Chevrolet Shorty School Bus. Upon completion the bus will be used as my transport & support vehicle when set up and working events for Cruisin' Style Magazine. Materials already acquired and being used are as follows: chassis from a 1980 1 ton Chevy dually crew cab, Chevy 454 from a 1987 Chevy crew cab 1 ton dually, 4L80E from a 1997 Chevy 1 ton dually. The first article on this project will be in a future issue of Cruisin' Style Magazine along with a list of parts needed to put this project on the road.
